Established in 1989, Numill secured the American Lumber Company agency for Green Diamond Brand of Lumber in 1991 and began importing shipments of White and Red Oak. The success of this operation together with the demand for other Green Diamond Products was so great, that by 1999, shipments exceeded 500 m3 per month.
Today, Numill imports timber from America, Malaysia, Switzerland, Brazil and East Africa. We offer exotic hardwoods and pine to wholesalers, retailers and manufacturers. Value added products such as pine and meranti mouldings are made to order.
Our Head Office and Main branch is in Brackenfell, Cape Town with outlets in Johannesburg, East London, Durban, Knysna, Windhoek and Walvis Bay.
